The steel grade "SYZ" high resistance electric heating alloy is an ultra-high temperature product developed by our company. Its products are mainly used in various high temperature electric heating products such as single crystal diffusion furnace, powder metallurgy sintering furnace, ceramic calcination furnace, high temperature heat treatment furnace and radiant tube heating furnace with working temperature of 1250 ℃-1400c, and can replace imported high temperature products. The product has the oxidation resistance under ultra-high temperature, creep resistance under high temperature and long service life under high temperature. It is easy to process components under normal temperature and has excellent winding performance. After multiple rounds of tests, it has reached the indicators and properties of ultra-high temperature resistance electric heating alloy wire.

The steel grade 0Cr21Al6Nb has high-temperature oxidation resistance, high-temperature creep resistance and long service life at 1350 ℃. The cold-worked original has good forming and winding performance, small deformation resistance stress and is not easy to rebound. The product is used for heating radiant tubes at 1100 ℃-1350 ℃, metallurgical products, ceramic calciners and high-temperature heat treatment furnaces at high temperatures, and can replace imported high-temperature electric heating materials.
